Randy and Brandi Red Barn Wedding in Weston Missouri

The sky was so blue and the orchard was a light green with a few red apples scattered about. Every detail Brandi did herself with place cards made out of old wine corks from their favorite winery to the center pieces of willow branches and yellow orchids. Her country wedding was wonderful, joyful, bright, and memorable as everyone danced the night away and gathered together for photos by the fire

Brandi + Randy: A Wedding in Weston Mo.
The flowers were setting on the table and the mens tuxes were draped over the chairs in the kitchen as I walked in the beautiful Carly house. The brides dad, Chris, walked up gave us both huge hugs and thanked us for being there. My heart hit the floor, I wanted nothing more than to give his daughter the best photos that I could produce. I was on a mission! He directed me into the master bedroom where his daughter Brandi was getting ready. I was so excited, not because Brandi looks like a prettier version of barbie, but because she was just as excited to see me as I was to see her. Brandi facebooked me before she was engaged to tell me what was about to happen and let me know that she wanted me to photograph her wedding. I walked in to and a room full of girls getting their hair and make-up done, and Brandis smiling face. She handed me her dress, her shoes, the jewelry, and then told me that I had to get the ring from Randy, she said with utter excitement and another smile, I havent seen it yet! I think that I jumped a little; then bolted up the stairs to see this secret ring. The groom, Randy was so handsome. We took a few shots of him putting on his cufflinks and straightening his tie. I asked for the ring, WOW!!! No really, 3 karats. I gently took the rings and all of the details, and photographed them outside the front door. I love this doorway. Randy gave Brandi her wedding ring during their first look and she lit up!

We began their portraits in a hay field and ended up in an apple orchard at the Red Barn in Weston Missouri where the two were married. Guests were delighted with catering by Avenue Bistro. The truth is from start to finish Brandi and Randy had an amazing wedding.
